Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM + rotating Saturdays

What You'll Do
As an Administrative Counselor, you will serve as a trusted guide and administrative partner to families navigating end-of-life arrangements. This position combines customer service with administrative precision to ensure every detail is handled with grace and respect.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting families through burial arrangements with compassion, clarity, and professionalism
- Preparing contracts and documentation with accuracy and attention to legal/regulatory requirements
- Scheduling services and coordinating with funeral homes, religious organizations, and internal teams
- Educating families on burial options and memorial services while honoring emotional and financial sensitivities
- Maintaining accurate and confidential records in digital and physical formats
- Assisting with pre-need planning and future arrangements for individuals and families
- Working collaboratively with cemetery operations to ensure respectful and timely site preparation
- Creating a welcoming and supportive environment for all families and visitors
What We're Looking For
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or administrative support (service-based industries preferred)
- Deep empathy and interpersonal sensitivity, especially in emotionally sensitive situations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining composure and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with data entry systems
- Knowledge of cemetery or funeral services is a plus-but not required (comprehensive training provided)
